Everyone — engineers included — sits in on customer calls. The fastest way to stop guessing is to watch an agent use what you built.
Own the whole slice
You take a problem from the schema to the screen. No throwing work over a wall and hoping the other side reads your mind.
Write it down
Decisions live in the code and the docs, not in someone's head. A choice nobody can find is a choice that gets remade badly.
Say the hard thing early
A missed estimate, a wrong call, a feature nobody wants — we want to hear it on day two, not at the deadline. Nobody is punished for it.

No. Most of the team arrived knowing nothing about brokerage, and we will teach you the domain. What we cannot teach quickly is the curiosity to sit with a customer and work out what they actually need.
For most roles, no — we are in the Dubai office two days a week because the product work benefits from a room. QA and some contract roles are fully remote within GST ±3 hours.
Yes, for every full-time hire. We handle the residency visa, cover the flights and shipping, and put you up for the first month while you find somewhere to live.
A scoped piece of about four to six hours, drawn from something real in our backlog. We pay for your time at your day rate. If you would rather not do one, we will extend the craft conversation instead — it will not count against you.
About two to three weeks end to end, and we will tell you where you stand after every stage. If we decide not to go ahead you will hear it from a person, with the reason.
Yes, if you can point at something specific you would want to own. A short note about the problem you want to work on is far more useful to us than a general application, and it is what we go back to first when a role opens.
